Another despondent new customer

My broadband was meant to go live yesterday. My laptop and phone attach to the router and the router is attached to the internet apparently but none of my devices can get internet. I’ve checked everything is set up correctly using the right kit, can someone from plusnet please investigate and, preferably, fix this? I’m considering leaving already as setup had been such a difficult experience.
