Re: Another customer with ridiculously low speeds..

You need to raise a speed fault as something is badly adrift

Re: Another customer with ridiculously low speeds..

Thanks Oldjim as i suspected.. I am thinking faulty modem even though the engineer said it should achieve sustainable rates from 54Mbps to 60Mbps down and 16Mbps to 18Mbps up which indicate profile 3  80/20  Shocked BTW how do i raise a speedfault sorry for the question lol Smiley

It looks like your connection is dropping @Edzashed so we'll need to focus on getting that issue fixed. So @abhijack that's not the same type of issue that's affecting yourself.

Thank you Adam, yes i would be very pleased if you could sort this out for us...I appreciate you have a high volume of would i be right in saying disgruntled customers on FTTC @ this very moment in time, but i look forward to hearing from you again on this issue as i/we came to you following good advice... The level of C/S is fantastic and may your good work carry on in that dept Smiley but (as this there nearly always is) lol how long do you think it will be before we can resolve this minor hiccup, with thanks sheddy  Wink

Re: Another customer with ridiculously low speeds..

Plusnet staff from the Digital Care Team monitoring the forums work standard Monday to Friday hours so it is likely to be Monday before they respond here.

Re: Another customer with ridiculously low speeds..

:(it would be nice to get your speed my fibre is currently giving me 1.4 mb and 350 m/s ping,Plusnet are trying there hardest but bt says its Plusnet so I haven't a cat in hells chance of getting this sorted even though its clearly a capacity issue at the exchange due to the time it gets worse in the mean time I'm paying £37 a month for the pleasure, think I will be going back to adsl at this rate.
