Another User With Slow Speeds During Offpeak!

For the last 5 evenings I have getting abysmal download and upload speeds during peak hours (after 4pm). Up until recently I was getting 23 Mbps down / 8 Mbps up, but now I'm getting 0.1 Mbps in both directions. My connections is basically unusable after 4pm! Before 4pm everything is working fine.
Can someone at plus.net please look into this for me. Seems to me that the recent problems which messed up a number of peoples traffic management profiles still hasn't been fully resolved as I only started to get this problem around the same time.
I have a ticket open with you since the 22nd and I am still awaiting a reponse! I'm beginning to get a little annoyed with the lack of help I'm receiving. I'm not happy paying for a service that is basically unusable for the half of the day!

Hi mmcilroy,
It appears you have exceeded your peaktime usage allowance which has restricted your speeds during the peak hours.
