Another Stuck Profile?

My connection speed has become noticeably slow, and it appears to me to be a stuck profile.
The results of BT speed test (these results are consistant, regardless of time of day) show:
Your DSL connection rate: 7616 kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 6500 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1753 kbps

My router stats show:
Up speed: 448000
Down speed: 7616000
SNR Margin: 14.5
Loop Att: 21.5
And https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed is indicating a speed of only 2000.
Does this look like another stuck profile? I have a support ticket open (29689920) but there's no sign of any further progress. Could someone from Plusnet please look into this? Thanks,

Yes that does look like a stuck profile, you could try giving them a call to chivvy it along before tomorrow.
