Syncspeed seems to be stuck at 2000k
Latest BT Spped test :
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 2000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 832 kbps(UP-STREAM) 2976 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1460 kbps
Download speed varies between 1900 & 3100 kbps
I've changed routers & Microfilters. I've plugged directly into master socket.
Everything is switched off every night, anything else i can try ?
Thanks - DM

Hi there,
You should see your profile rise to 2500Kbps in the next days or so.
To be realistic though, this will fluctuate. It's the way that Max often behaves. You will often see different sync/connection speeds when you reconnect to the internet, subsequently causing different profiled speds.

I've given it a week and not seen much difference.
IP profile for your line is - 2000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 832 kbps(UP-STREAM) 3424 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1820 kbps
Is there anything else that can be done ?
Thanks

Hi there,
BT bumped up your profile at roughly 10am today.
If you reboot your router you should see the improved performance.
