HI f9o,
Your profile is 5500, I've checked it on both BT systems. There has been some issues with speedtester that we're looking into at the moment so It could be that.

Must be BT tester then.
Maybe the changes the to CCSNR and Auto SNR for 21CN Wholesale has created even more BT gremlins.
