Am I banded?

Quite recently I had a lot of problems with my computer and the power to both computer and router may have been on and off without disconnecting. My sync is 6650, close to top of 3328kb/s - 6656kb/s band.
All is now well with my system, the hard drive having been replaced.
If I am banded, can the banding be removed? Please!

Thanks fir the quick response, Chris! Speed is up and interleave depth down from 288 to 32.
