You aren't in a 12 month contract but there may be some deferred charges payable if you leave within 12 months as Pierre's link

No residential customers are on 12 month contracts, however you may be liable for deferred charges if you leave within 12 months of taking up an offer such as a 'free' router, house move etc.
The details should be on your account details.

Hi Steve,
Your not on an annual contract as you paid an activation fee. Sorry if this isn't immediately clear on your account, this is just because its an old account that's been revived rather than a new signup.
Not thinking of moving again are you?
