Speed has never been great, will be going back to EE if I can’t get this fixed. For the past week or so My internet is dropping out every few minutes, sometimes only connecting for ten seconds before it happens again.
il be in the middle of a call or tutorial and get the message that I’m not connected to the internet.
I mainly use an iPad but it’s even worse on my MacBook.
Tried resetting router, forgetting network and rejoining but still happens.
can anyone help?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
I assume that the dropout is only between the router and the devices not the router losing connection to the internet
