About 50 minutes ago started to get impossible lags and timeouts on most pages on most sites
then got disconnected and apparently connected to lts5.bt622-15.plus.net [195.166.128.53] but while I could ping or traceroute to any site, no web pages I tried would open except google.co.uk
shut router down and waited a while before I rebooted, now on own and got on lo0.plusnet.thn-ag1.plus.net [195.166.128.101] and things seem ok now
what gives?

Hi,
I've raised this earlier today. we have noticed that 2 of our pips have dropped, that was around 7ish PM. they are back up again and picking up user session. action has already been taken to rebalance our network traffic
