All packet drops by gateway graphs broken

All the packet drop by gateway graphs seem to have stopped recording at about 6pm Friday.

Re: All packet drops by gateway graphs broken

They seem to have been restarted at about 1pm today.
The graph for PCL-AG02 looks a bit sick however!

I raised an internal problem on that last week (ref: 60048). The rest of the graphs reset whilst we were playing with the script trying to fix things yesterday.

The problem I raised has been closed. PCL-AG02 is no longer used to directly terminate sessions from the BT centrals therefore there's no interface to monitor. Some customers will still see PCL-AG02 in traceroutes, however this will actually be where we've tunnelled sessions to the device from PCL-AG04.
When the next couple of centrals come on line, it's likely that we'll need to use PCL-AG02 for termination at which point we'll reinstate the graph. In the mean time we should probably remove it as it looks a tad messy.

Re: All packet drops by gateway graphs broken

When people are tunnelled through from PCL-AG04 what will the gateway checker report as their gateway?
When packets are dropped which gateway will do the dropping 02 or 04?
