Alert to Max Premium (up to 832kbps upload) users

Can someone point me to where it was announced that the price of Max Premium was being increased from £6.81 per month to £6.96 please.
Edit 15/01/2009: Topic title changed - previously "Price increase - Max Premium"

Re: Price increase

The trials sign up page says the cost is £7.83 per month, which is in line with the reduced VAT rate as far as I can see.

Re: Price increase

Max premium has always been 8 pounds, well I've always been charged 8 pounds for it.

Re: Price increase

As spraxyt pointed out, the trials page indicates that the price has reduced in line with the VAT decrease (see first attachment).
However I've just checked my December bill which shows that the net price has been increased to leave the total price unchanged (see second attachment).

Re: Price increase

Still waiting for the December bill to confirm whether or not they have been just slow in making the changes or actually made a nett price increase.

Re: Price increase - Max Premium

I asked this question on an earlier thread and had been told it had been reduced http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,71386.msg566168.html#msg566168
My billing isn't due for another 10 days though.

Re: Price increase - Max Premium

I've now had a response to the ticket saying that they are giving a credit for the difference.

Re: Price increase - Max Premium

Just got my bill through and it doesn't look like the reduced VAT price is been charged for premium yet.
Can someone take a look?

Re: Price increase - Max Premium

Hi guys,
We're aware of this problem and it relates to the "chargeable Max Premium component" which our products team are currently looking into.
If I hear of any update I'll post back.

Re: Price increase - Max Premium

Hi James,
Is there any news on this, I've just had my second invoice since the VAT reduction and Max Premium is still been charged the full amount.
Cheers,

Re: Price increase - Max Premium

Nope got charged exactly the same as last month, though I wonder if the 3 off a month is confusing matters:
1  Account Billing (2009-01-15 to 2009-02-14)  £18.71  £2.81  £21.52
1 Max Premium (PT001) charge for the period 15/01/2009 to 14/02/2009 £6.96 £1.04 £8.00
1 Special Offer Discount -£2.61 -£0.39 -£3.00
