After 6 months trouble free...ITS STARTED AGAIN !!!!!

Erratic indeed.
I'd be worried if my line varied that much over such short periods.

Been in work for the last 2 days so not been able to post. Anyway still pitiful speeds for the 5th day running , here are my stats below  ..Please is there any hope on the horizon !!!! my wife forgot and turned the pc off today (router was still on) so only just started routerstats again !!

Looks like your PN profile needs adjusting now the fault on your line had been sorted, hopefully someone looking at the post will spot it however as it's Friday I doubt if anyone will pick it up till Monday

Is you ring support they should be able to correct your current line speed - it takes them a matter of minutes and they are all supposed to be able to do it.

Looks like your profile updated on our side to 5000 on Saturday. Hopefully it'll stay at that level now as I can see your line is looking much more stable than it was previously.

You'll need to get your router to disconnect/reconnect before the profile change will happen.

But why does it need a connect/reconnect cycle for the PN system to put their line back to the right speed, PN have always had this problem and it means many users are running at the wrong speed ... I understood the throttle on each connection is supposed to be changed at 8AM and 8PM each day, this has never worked.

Id like to know why the user is seeing only 3.28mb/s on a line with an IP profile of 5000........
