Advice please about sync speed

Hi, I had interleaving switched off not so long ago and all has been well until we have had several power outages in the last few weeks, the cause was a pole across the road to us which eventually fell down. Its now been fixed but my speed has dropped, I've checked on the BT site and the results are as follows

You will need to wait for the BT profile to pick up to 7150kbps - it could take 3 days

Thanks Jim, Was not quite sure if I needed to raise a ticket, I have the router on constantly but with the electric keep going off it messed things up.

Hi Thanks Matt, Just received letter today and they are going to knock electricity off on Saturday for 6 hrs to do some work at the station down the road, Electricity off and on like a beacon. Thanks again.
