Adsl2+ or GDMT

I got adsl2 last week and connected at adsl2+ got a connection of 6250 up 584 tried adsl2 and got 7248 up 826 connected as gdmt and get

Us Rate (Kbps)   992
Ds Rate (Kbps)   7488
US Margin   6
DS Margin   2
Trained Modulation   GDMT
Thats at night with gdmt I connect at 8256 in the day
The other thing is my Plusnet profile is stuck at 5500 and I have connected at over 7000 for months.
So why is there such a difference if I connect at adsl2+ a few K ok but a couple of meg? So what do i do stay at gdmt or not I am still in the first 10 days training. If I use adsl2+ it doesnt drop the line but it locks up it show connected but there is no data a ping get through every 6 pings.
I have tried 2 routers both with the same results

which routers do you have? is it possable to grab telnet graph plot (routerstats, DMT) of the bits tones to compare where adsl2+ is losing the abilty to use certain tones.
are both modulations syncing with the same NM?
wonder if that DS NM on g.dmt made it through the night

My router is a guru and there is no telnet today I connected as below

On GDMT it stayed connected all night no problems compared with adsl2+ were every night it stays connected but you cant get out so you have to reboot the router evn though the line doesnt drop
