Adsl modem

I hope someone can help
I have just started getting a problem where when I try to connect I get the message "Restart not acceptable"
This is stopping me from connecting
Any suggestions please???
(I have raised a ticket for this but not been contacted yet)

Try uninstalling the modem software, rebooting (with the modem unplugged - keep it unplugged until advised otherwise) and then reinstall the software, plugging the modem back in when prompted. This should resolve the issue, if not please let us know.
