Good news, thanks for the heads up!
The new gateway doesn't appear to be showing on the Broadband Performance Graphs yet?

As an addition to this, with it being a Monday night we expect the network to get very busy, but as it takes a while for the new pipe to balance into the network this will have spare capacity. So to help us and help everyone else we'd kindly ask as many people as possible to disconnect and reconnect and hit the new segment and that should help get it balanced a lot quicker.

Tried a few times - hit 4 different pipes but not that one - so I gave up!

Tried 8 times and cannot hit the new segment.

Perhaps they are limiting connections to certain products?
I can't help as I can reset my router till the cows come home and still not get on it - I'm on LLU

This really ***** me off. 
You light a new segment and my speeds halve - and before you ask it is the same on PlusNet and RIN - this must be the first time I have hit exchange contention even though it is all reported green.

Well, we've currently got over 1k users on TCL-AG01, so it's definitely accepting new sessions.
It'll take a few days for equilibrium to be reached.  I'll get Dave to see if there's anything else we can do to ensure that this happens as quickly as possible, although I imagine he's already onto this.

There are 8000 sessions allowed per segment and I don't think there are any restrictions put in place by ourselves. There shouldn't be anything in place stopping you from connecting on this other than random luck.

The numbers on PCL-AG01 are still gradually increasing as we would expect them to.
As mentioned, I'll check with Dave when he gets in.
