I hope someone can help me.This Is not directly related to Plus net but I am trying to look at a streaming video,but It keeps asking me If I want to Install Add on RSTP MPEG4 STP add on.I think that was the correct name.Is there any risk to Installing this? I hope someone can help.

RE:Harps1H.No I am not directly connected to router as I am on Holiday at Guest House with Free WI-FI available.

I am not an industry expert but it seems to me that it is a network issue, so I would not try anything until you are sure it will not affect a network that does not belong to you
