Activation

I am due to go live today. The phone was working from 12.30 pm but its 7.34 pm and the broadband is still not working. Whats the hold up? Angry

Its still not working. The router connects to my devices but when i try to surf i get the message "no internet" :-(

are all the lights on on the router?
try connectibg with only one device  preferable by ethernet
