Activation

Hi I received a text saying my activation date is midnight 13th September but still no email or text to say it's activated

Correspondence tells you not to plug in until you have been notified, this should of been midnight last night

plug it in - it can't do any harm - and report which lights are green

Plugged in left for over an hour broadband light green and stationary entered user and password came up with error 500

User needs to be your portal / customer log on name with @plusdsl.net i.e. doms@plusdsl.net

You will need to phone in and ask for activation - it sounds as though the system hasn't received a completion report from BT
