Today is my activation date but I have no broadband or router just wanting to know what's going on as haven't got the time to ring and live chat isn't working

For CHAT to function, you must disable any pop up blocker.

Why doesn't the system automatically generate order?

@Gel The agent who placed the orders didn't update the account which stops the router from being sent out as it can't see a order on the account.
