I upgraded my account on the 8th of march. My new router arrived on the 10th but have heard nothing about when my line will be ready. On the phone when I upgraded I was led to believe this would be around 10-12 days and I would be notified via email but have heard nothing. Any staff out there able to help please? Many thanks!
Hi there, first of all a warm welcome to the community forums.
I am sorry to hear you haven't received notification of your fibre upgrade yet. I can confirm the order is in progress for the 22nd March. You'll receive an automated email in the early hours of the day advising the product change is complete.
I'd expect the actual work to be carried out during normal business hours.
