Activation Date

Hi.  Switched to Plusnet.  Was advised my switchover date would be 28th Feb and no service currently.  When I check the Order Tracker, it implies there is a problem.  Can someone give me an update please.

I'm really sorry to hear of the delay. I've looked into your account and I can see your order completed yesterday however your account failed to activate automatically. I've just done this for you now.

 

Can you let me know if you can connect to the internet now?
