Ace Stream Blocked ?

Is aceplayer streaming blocked on plusnet ? , mine stops after a few seconds and refuses to buffer.

Yeah, thanks for looking, disappointing to find it's all ruski based.
After a bit of digging around it's just a few specific channels not working, so it could be one of many reasons.
I know PN block KAT torrents ( amongst others ) so assumed it may be blocking certain streams.

Do they?  Since when?

It's working just fine here, and that's not via a proxy or vpn either.

I thought they throttled the connections in some way, no biggie, streams are fine now.
