Account charging not working - but apparently it is - duh!

According to my tickets my usage has just been reset - fine except I have had no notification of the charges and no transactions showing.
Now I am very happy to have got a free month but I bet Plusnet aren't   Grin

Billing doesn't happen at the same time as the usage resets, and as far as I'm concerned, it never has.
They're two separate activities that happen on your billing date.
