According to my tickets my usage has just been reset - fine except I have had no notification of the charges and no transactions showing.
Now I am very happy to have got a free month but I bet Plusnet aren't

If it was me, I would have posted at 10:20
Billing doesn't happen at the same time as the usage resets, and as far as I'm concerned, it never has.
They're two separate activities that happen on your billing date.
