It would seem that my account change isnt correct.
I recently changed package for premium option 1 to bbyw option 3. After receiving an email about the monthly direct debit I noticed the price was only £15.99 instead of the £20.99 I was expecting. I double checked my account and usage and I indeed am on bbyw option 2 and not the option 3 that I asked for.
I have added a comment to the original account change ticket but its been inactive for a week now. A few questions.
1. Will my comment on the ticket be seen or will this post point big flashing arrows at it, either way could someone have a look at it for me ?
2. Will the change to option 3 now be delayed till next billing month ?
3. Am I just stupid and not reading something correctly about how bbyw works ?

The original ticket clearly states option 3.

Hi,
You should be able to do the upgrade yourself via the Upgrade link at the top of the member centre, if it doesn't work let us know via a ticket and we should be able to process it for you.
