Accessing the Member Centre always takes me to "Account Details"

Whenever I try to access any part of the Member Centre - as for instance, with this link, which I received in an email from PlusNet this morning:

Please visit our website at [...] where you can track the progress of this Question.

- I'm taken instead to a page of my Account Details.  Is this usual?
