Accessing Support

Hi

 

Getting very frustrated that I can't get through to support and nobody will update the support ticket 

Question #156001873  

Broadband was "installed" on the 16th and has never been operational.  Support indicated an engineer would call to arrange on site visit within 1-3 days.  No call and no update on ticket despite requests.  Tried calling support 3 times and waited over 30mins on each occasion.  

 

How are you supposed to access support to get this escalated?

Apologies for the issues you were experiencing, it looks like the engineer visit resolved the problem you were having. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with.
