@hunter27 According to that screenshot, your DSL dropped 17 hours ago - did you do anything to cause it?

Your line and signal attenuation figures look a bit strange - to me.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yes. The engineer disconnected it several times yesterday when he was here.
