ATM VC Congested

Can someone have a look into this...
Thomson router number 2 (after apparent problems with first one) seemed to be playing up more than usual and dropping/resetting connection so swapped to another Netgear box I had. Logs now seem to show the real problem:

Obviously the date is wrong(!) and I've not had time to try and telnet in and change it but this is the log from the last 24 hours+
Sync at 6496 Kb/s - I used to be able to get closer to 8meg.  SNR hovers around 6dB
Thanks (he says hopefully)

What does http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ say for the VP capacity of your exchange?

Re: ATM VC Congested

Do you have another router?
If not, I'd try a reboot (disconnect via web interface if possible / applicable first), power it down for a few minutes and see if things improve, otherwise probably worth raising a fault.

Re: ATM VC Congested

Exchange capacity shows as green. I've moved from a dreaded Thomson router that I wasn't happy with as that kept dropping connection. It seems to have got worse over the last few weeks (or maybe I've noticed more). All internal wiring is very sound with good quality master socket with inbuilt filter etc. so I know there's nothing going wrong at this end (except perhaps 2 bad routers?)
Thanks

Re: ATM VC Congested

Hmm, there were a few disconnections last weekend, but things seem to have settled down since then (either that or we're not seeing the drops because they're too quick):

Probably worth running through the faults wizard at http://faults.plus.net and we'll get it sorted for you.
