ASDL frequent sort internet breaks

Getting 10+ short internet breaks daily (c2-3 mins at a time) All ok re in house equip-Neighbours experiencing same issue Who should we report complain to ?

@finlay1972 Your ISP - if it is widespread, and different providers all check and report to BT/OR, it should get picked up fairly quickly.

try ringing PN - but you may have a job getting through - and advise them that it's not just you. Get your neighbours to do the same.

Possibly a case of RF interference in the locality. See HERE for advice on tracking it down with an AM trannie radio.

@ finlay1972  - I've just had a quick look into the account and can see that a Faults support ticket - 209118310 has now been raised to our Technical Support Team as of Sunday. They will be in touch with you within 72 working hours to discuss this with you. I myself can see that the connection has been extremely inconsistent and would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

thanks for the info-looks like Plusnet are looking into it now-and have already noticed there are problems

I wll bear in mind the RF but thereis nothing new we are aware of that could cause RF and it has been okay domestically before
