mmmm whats happening ? firstly i have been having problems with bad latency while gaming but unfortunatly PN coulnt find owt wrong 
so i said i would wait untill 21cn was available and live with the problem.
so i had a ticket raised already so i asked if i could be regraded to 21cn which i was told yes
so on the 7/4/2011 a order was placed and i recived this email .Dear Mr Willsher,
Your regrade order has now been submitted to our suppliers and your broadband service should take between 5 - 7 days to complete.
The reference for this order is: PN:1634471:101224
Should you have any problems then please do get in touch at http://contactus.plus.net or you can give us a call on 08451 400 200.
The next action on your Help Assistant Question is due on Thursday 14th April at 9:00am. This Question will remain open with the BOT - DSL Provisioning until this time.

now on the 14/4/2011 i presumed the switch over would complete , i recived this ," We would like to inform you that your Help Assistant Question [ 39762056 ] has now been returned to the BOT - DSL Provisioning pool. A member of our Support Team will investigate your issue as soon as possible.""
now acording to the first email i presumed this had alredy been done , any one have any ideas whats going on ??????????

That just means that it was on hold awaiting the order to complete and came off hold as according to the order it is due to happen today. I've checked it myself and it shows as due to complete today with no delays.
