ADSL2 connection; lowered upload speed

Following recent reconnect to Colindale point of presence, d/load speed about the same, but upload has dropped from around 900 to 600 odd- any reasons?

Yes, it could be almost any reason, there isn't really anything in the stats to give the reason.

The line quality could have decreased, there could be more noise from somewhere affecting the upstream frequencies. Or the interleaving parameters could have changed but the limited stats from the Hub One do not provide them.

I'm pretty sure that Southbank or Colindale will have nothing to do with the speed of your ADSL2+ link between your modem and the exchange.
