ADSL2 Speed Drop

Hello,
Over the last 6 days my ADSL2 speed has dropped from the usual 1.0 Mbps to 0.2 Mbps. Results from BT wholesale test today are Download 0.19 Mbps, acceptable speed 0.1 Mbps - 0.25 Mbps, with an IP Profile of 0.25 Mbps.
Upstream speed is 0.38 Mbps with max achievable of 0.45 Mbps.
My Plusnet info is:
Phone exchange:
NORTHBOURNE
Estimated line speed:
1.0Mb (Download speed could vary depending on line conditions. Estimates are the maximum speeds that your phone line can support. These speeds are dependent on the package you choose.) - Checked on 2014-01-20 09:04:24
Current line speed:
0.2 Mb
Could I ask for a Mod to have a look at raising my IP Profile please?

Hi flyer51,
I've taken a look at your line and can see the reason for the low speeds. Your line is chronically banded which is restricting the speeds you should normally be seeing.
I can see that your connection is down at the moment, are you experiencing drops in your connection aside from the low speeds at all?

Hi Chris,
Sorry I could not reply earlier but the mains went off at 1215 hrs and it's just returned. I generally have no drops in my connection and the line has historically been good. Would like the IP Profile reset to suit the estimated 1.0 Mbps download speed please.
Regards,
flyer51

Thanks for letting me know.
I've popped a reset through on your line which should improve things for you.
The changes made could take up to 4 hours to take effect.
