Hi PlusNettters I'm confused placed an order under ticket for ADSL2+ on existing service which came back to say it was cancelled plusnet have said it will complete on 6th December seems to be a long time when I've seen people on here have orders complete overnight? Could someone from PN have a look under ticket number 62633379 Please for mother on her account. Thanks for your help.
Hi mpratley, Your order is a regrade that can take 10 working days, the orders you are referring to will be customers that have their upstream uncapped, interleaving changed and a few others. We will always place the order/regrade to go through in the quickest time-frame. Your regrade will complete on the 6th December. If you've any questions in the meantime let me know. Chris
