We've just had our fibre installed today. We were getting 4mb down and 1mb up on the ADSL. Our profile on the members support page says we should get around 76mb down and 20mb up. We're currently getting less than 3mb down and 18mb up. So happy with the up speed :_) Is it normal for it to be so low on the download side within the first 10 days? We're the first in our village to get Fibre...
Sounds like you're still on your ADSL profile, unfortunately it will need one of the Plusnet guys to pick this up and change it, or you can call them up and they should be able to do it there and then for you
Just off the phone to Support. Looks like our profile had been left at our ADSL settings like you suggested. So they've changed it to what it should be :_)
