ADSL speeds after upgrade to Fibre

Had fibre installed yesterday but I'm still getting ADSL speeds 2.3Mb/s down (the estimate was 38 Mb/s), but the upload has increased to 8-11 Mb/s
I've connected directly to the openreach modem via ethernet and its still the same

Probably needs an update to your profile, what's your current line speed in the member centre?
