I had one of my bowts of issues with my broadband speed. Checking the line with the house phone there was a lot of noise.
For once the instructions to remove all phones from the system cleared the problem. Looks like I need new phone. Currently running with an old phone (not a wireless one). Line now sounds fine without any noise.
My router stats are:

|DMT Status||No Defect|
But the BT Wholesale results are:
Download Speed: 0.87 Mbps
Upload Speed: 0.91 Mbps
Ping: 41.88 ms
I know in the past when I have reported a cleared problem someone has been able to encourage the sync speed to improve. If that could hapen now I would be very grateful. S

Have your speeds picked back up now?
I can see historically, your speed profile set on our side dropped, in line with the sync speeds you were seeing at the time of the problem - this has automatically updated, so you should now be getting your expected speeds.
If you're not, it's worth logging into your router and hitting 'Disconnect' and 'Connect' again.
