ADSL speed dropped again

I tried to raise a ticket about this but I was cut off when I rang the call centre.

I raised a ticket recently with regard to my broadband speed being much slower than it should have been. An engineer adjusted the SNR on my line which fixed the issue.

Unfortunately the speed has again dropped. My usual download speed should be up around 17mb download and 1mb upload.

I've been running periodic speed tests using the BT Wholesale test and I'm getting around 4mb download and less than 1mb upload. This is affecting video conferencing which we need for home working.

Is there any way I can get a ticket raised to check my connection or is this not possible at the moment?
