Hi We've had two BT engineer visits to look at the disconnections/slow speeds and we're still having problems with disconnections and 0.3 mbps speed on our ADSL line. Work done: new router, new BT faceplate filter, wiring replaced from faceplate to outside box. Can the ticket #90453874 be re-opened so I can book another engineer visit please? Thanks
