ADSL drops every 3 minutes

Tried:
- Three different ADSL2+ routers
- Isolation tests
- Different cables
Started 2 weeks ago. I've been using plusnet for a year. It's worse every day.
Disconnections occur randomly every 2, 5 or 10 minutes.
The new router I bought (TP-Link TD-W8951ND)  shows, when the connection is up:
SNR Margin:
Down 6.3
Up 20.8 db
Line Attenuation:
35.8 22.5 db
Data Rate:
5545 443 kbps
Max Rate:
6404 960 kbps
CRC:
241 65501
And this is the system log:
7/12/2014 10:44:28> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=8054da00
7/12/2014 10:44:32> Last errorlog repeat 38 Times
7/12/2014 10:44:33> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=8054da00

7/12/2014 10:44:54> Last errorlog repeat 5 Times
7/12/2014 10:45:5> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=8054da00
7/12/2014 10:45:16> Last errorlog repeat 5 Times
7/12/2014 10:45:21> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=8054da00
7/12/2014 10:45:27> Last errorlog repeat 5 Times
7/12/2014 10:45:27> netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=8054da00
7/12/2014 10:45:38> Last errorlog repeat 8 Times
7/12/2014 10:45:39> LLC 1483 unknow protocol
When the connection is dropped, adsl lights are off. I reported a fault but heard nothing back.
Thanks.

Hi pepevi,
I've just taken a look at your line. It looks as though there's a Lien Fault, can you please visit http://faults.plus.net and we'll get this sorted out for you.
FYI, here's a graph of how your connection is performing, stability-wise:
