Some tips please!
I've been at my current address for about 2 years and noticed the speed is gradually dropping. I used to have ~4meg then 3 and now 2.2
I've always used the same Draytek Vigor 2710 and use quality ADSL filters.
ADSL Status
Mode ADSL2+(G.992.5)
State SHOWTIME
Up Speed 971612
Down Speed 2268770
SNR Margin 11
Loop Att. 53
If I use the speed problem wizard it tells me to use the plusnet supplied router but I do not have one (old subscriber upgraded from diallup).
Checked wiring etc and normally turning off the router for a period resets my profile but this time it's stuck.
help!

Hi there chrisn53,
I've placed the order to un-band your line as it was banded which restricted your speed. This should take effect within the next 10-15 minutes. Let us know if you don't see an increase in your speed.
