ADSL Speed Problem - Tired of waiting.

Been having problems for over a week now, have unplugged everything and now have a new router plugged into the test socket.
Old router was constantly disconnecting, now looks stable on the new router but only 0.12 Mbps.
I have logged this as a fault (112923737), last comment was that I should wait 72hrs. I wonder if anything can be done to get this resolved sooner.
Bt Wholsale Test Result =
Download speedachieved during the test was - 0.12 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.05 Mbps-0.25 Mbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :1.86 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 0.14 Mbps

Re: ADSL Speed Problem - Tired of waiting.

What are the other line parameters, attenuation, noise margin etc?  It's possible that your line's been set to a high noise margin target to try and help it ride out the perceived flakeyness with the old router.  If that's the case it should improve once the new router's been in place for a while.

Re: ADSL Speed Problem - Tired of waiting.

The line is looking a lot more stable since yesterday:

Looks like the profile increased back to where it normally is overnight.
