ADSL Max - Pro add on or Max Premium trial?

That's just it - sync speeds never changed when the line migrated.
Regardless of adsl max premium or no premium the router has been synching at the same speed.
Guess this is because the line was provisioned as max premium with our previous ISP & it didn't get reset when ported..?
Starting to think this might be where the problem may lie as presumably something somewhere isn't quite set right?

By way of an update, we're still waiting for the ADSL Max Premium order to be completed - nothing seems to have changed or improved yet.
Still seeing upstream speeds in the region of 120Kbs - 200Kbs rather than 400+ Kbs we'd have expected, despite our router happily remaining connected & synched at 832 / 8128 kbps. Downstream's fine.
No response to the Plusnet tickets we have open regarding this either...
Not the best experience for a new customer...

The fact you're syncing at 832 shows this is on Max Premium. If you're experiencing low throughput on it then we'd most likely need to look into this as a fault unfortunately.

The sync speed hasn't changed - when the line migrated across it remained sync'ing at 832, despite not having adsl max premium enabled on my account.
I'm wondering if there's something mis-set somewhere on the account or at the exchange?

We could take it off, see if the sync drops, then re-add it?

We'll place the order to remove it, to complete tomorrow and then re-add it tomorrow which should complete Monday.

Will keep an eye on the line and let you know what happens. Can someone email me when premium has been removed so I can check upstream sync speeds, which will presumably drop?

The order to remove Max Premium has completed, I've raised another to add it back on which should complete on Monday.
Let us know if there's any further issues beyond that.

Would you have expected our router to resync at 444Kbs (or similar)?
The line's still syncing at 832 after a router reboot....

I'm guessing there are some inconsistencies in the BT databases!

Starting to get a little tired of a rocking 100Kbs upstream now 😞
