ADSL Max Premium

I have switched my product from PlusNet Pro to PlusNet premium(changes next billing date), Ordered Max Premium to be added onto my account, will it continue when i change product ?
Also if any of the staff read this can you add max premium , Ticket ID: 31045001

That's a really odd choice to make!
Max Premium is for people where speed is crucial, Plusnet Premium is for people who are prepared to sacrifice some speeds in return for significantly higher allowances.

Yeah it looks like an odd choice to make but I do a lot of gaming which is why I want extra upload speed.
With Pro i keep going over the usage limit by 10Gb - 20Gb and its just costing too much now

Max Premium will remain when you change account type.
Can you not get ADSL2+?

The reason Mand asked if you could get ADSL2+ is that connection supports a faster upload speed at no additional cost (up to 1Mbs but most won't get that). so switching and asking for the upload to be lifted would save you the cost of Max Premium each month.
One issue though is that pings on 21CN (used for ADSL2+) are a bit unpredictable which is being investigated.

I cant get ADSL2+ in my area and it wont happen anytime soon, im stuck in a Market 1 area

It really sucks doesn't it. No access to the higher speeds and stuck with higher prices!

PlusNet still havent responded to my ticket, expected it to be answered quicker

If I remember correctly when I raised a ticket yesterday the response time was over 68 hours, so I guess you've another 24 hours to wait before you receive a reply.

It was only 12 hours when i made the ticket, wouldnt think it would be that hard to add max premium

The ticket is in a non-standard ticket pool, hence the delay, I'll get this sorted.
