ADSL Max Premium only getting 700kbps

Hello,
I took out the Max Premium addon recently and have been seeing increased upload speeds upto 700kbps. This is great and i much appreciate the increase from my previous 350kbps but i understand Max Premium can go up to 832kbps. Now i know i'm not going to get the full 832kbps but i'm not far from the exchange so i was expecting somewhat closer to that figure, maybe around 790kbps.
I just want to know is there any chance my upload is being limited or is this indeed the max upload speed achievable?

You are already getting the full speed sync:

I realise now that your "upto 700kbps" was from the results of speed tests. That is about right for Max Premium.
I was on Max Premium before upgrading to FTTC (actually on three different exchanges and in all cases getting the full 8128/832 sync speed). I've attached a graph showing the upload results from last March as recorded by the SamKnows whitebox.

when I was on max premium I got about 600 upload, and as noted you are synching at the full speed.

One thing I can see is that you have interleaving turned on (FEC errors is non-zero). Keep an eye on the error counts - if they stay low ask for interleaving to be turned off. As you have plenty of spare noise margin (SNR margin (dB) 13.7 17 ) when you have a full speed sync I think you shouldn't need interleaving.

Thanks and sorry for the confusion i should have said my "upto 700kbps" was from speedtest results.
Regarding interleaving i always had this off when i was with BT and just presumed it would carry over to Plusnet like that. How do i get interleaving turned off please?
Also, i dont know if it has any relevance but i just realised i had to reset my modem yesterday in order to get in so the stats were also reset. Here are some more recent stats (attached) with 15 hours up time. As you can see i have more FEC errors although i think this is still considered low, i dont think i've ever seen it go over 40 errors in 24 hours.

I think you'll have to try using chat to request it (unless one of the CRT team sees these posts and steps in).
One thing you could check - do you get errors when the phone rings for an incoming phone call?

Hmm i just tried ringing the phone and my errors do rise quite significantly. I watched it go from 26 to 38 (upsteam FEC errors) and 3 more calls later its at 52 errors.
What does this mean exactly, is this good or bad news ?

That's not too bad at all. Some makes of 20CN exchange equipment have issues with Max Premium. If you are affected you see hundreds of errors logged in seconds (and very likely the line drops).

Ok so i just went on Live Chat to request interleaving to be turned off but apparently its already off, they only had the option to turn it on... If this is the case what are the FEC errors for as i was always under the impression i wouldnt see any FEC errors when interleaving was off.
The line seems fairly stable, i get the odd hiccup every couple of days around 11pm (peak) where its jittery but i assume thats just conjestion at the exchange.

That's because I've just placed the order to turn it off.
If I had a penny for every time I replied to a post and just as I did the OP called in. Not a criticism of course, just an observation
