ADSL Goes live tomorrow - still no router

Hello,
I ordered broadband a week or two ago and was given a start date of the 18th
I got a text saying the router had been dispatched last week
There is still no router
Can you track please?
Account is same as this username, thanks

I can see that today is the 5th working day from the point that the router was ordered. If you do not receive it today, please get back to us and we'll assume it's lost in the post and order a new one. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
