I have raised a ticket no: 177439002 regarding my home broadband which had over 50 drop outs in one day, and since reporting i have now been unable to connect at all.
I have done all the fixes possible online and the ones sent to me by the team but still have absolutely no internet. I need to be able to get some work done from home, and have been unable to connect for over 24 hours now. I updated my ticket this morning at 9 am but have had no reply yet.
The router now has the broadband light solid green and the internet and wifi light green and intermittently flashing which i take it to mean it is transferring some form of data, however no matter what i try i have no internet at all. Usage shows 0 too.
