My router currently shows bandwidth up/down as 1,050 / 14,335
With my previous ISP the down figure was typically around 18,000 and very stable. After moving to PlusNet for the first few months it increased to around 19,000 with no noticeable stability problems, but a few weeks ago it fell to the current level.
I had disconnected the router a couple of times and I assumed that this had caused the fall. However my understanding was that a fall for this reason would be temporary and I expected the bandwidth to increase again. This has not happened.
The odd thing is my line seems very stable (the up time is currently 6 days, 16:00:16).
Is there anything that can be done to push the bandwidth back up to the previous level?
Any help would be appreciated.

The SNR is higher than I'd expect, the levels of errors on the line don't look particularly high either.
We could try an SNR reset, which will bring the downstream SNR to a target of 6db, this should help increase your speed. It's worth bearing in mind that we can only do an SNR reset once in a 10 day period.

I also noticed a banded profile, it looks like at some point in the past your line had a high number of errors which caused this. I've removed the banding, reset the line and you're connecting at 19000 now, giving a profile of 16700.
